Three verifications a day builds your Ticker Cred streak. It's community-powered accuracy — no API call budget consumed, no automated polling required.
Dealer's automated hourly refresh calls the eBay Browse API on your behalf — for every book you track, once an hour, in the background. eBay limits the entire 98 Ticker application to 5,000 calls per day. Twenty simultaneous Dealer accounts tracking overlapping key-issue comics fits cleanly within that ceiling, especially with the shared cache (if two Dealers track the same book, one API call serves both). When eBay approves a higher API quota, the seat cap will increase accordingly.
Yes. No time limit, no credit card, no expiry. The Free tier runs on Community Verified pricing, which costs zero eBay API calls — so there's no economic pressure to gate it. The core tracking functionality will always remain free.
